Affiliations As a NYU coaching program graduate, Sue Dorward is affiliated with a network of NYU-trained coaches, whose specialties include cross-cultural coaching, IT, sales, law, and the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and financial industries. Sue is a member of the International Coach Federation, the professional association of personal and business coaches that seeks to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe. As a member, Sue agrees to utilize the ICF Core Competencies when coaching, and is accountable to the ICF for following their Code of Ethics. Sue is an active participant in Coach University's IT special interest group. She is also a member of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association (NJPCA), her local ICF chapter. Sue is a member of the ACM and the IEEE, leading organizations for technical professionals. Within IEEE, she is a member of the Engineering Management Society, Women in Engineering, and the Computer Society. Sue actively contributes to the community. Through MentorNet, Sue has e-mentored female graduate and undergraduate computer science students since 2001. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for a local childcare center that serves underprivileged families, as Secretary of BPW International New York, and as an instructor for BPW/USA's Individual Development Program on Leadership. |
